Can I track labourers without giving them logins?

Yes. A labourer record with no email or password is a tracked worker. The sub-contractor marks their attendance and updates their task assignments. This is designed for daily-wage workers who may not have smartphones.

Can reports auto-send?

Yes. Enable auto-generate in Settings, and the system creates daily progress reports at 18:00 for every work order that had activity. Reports can be configured to email recipients automatically.

Can I customise checklists?

Yes. Create your own task templates with any number of items, each with optional photo requirements and measurement fields. You can also clone and modify existing templates.

How much does storage cost?

Storage is included in your plan: Starter (100 MB free), Basic (2 GB / ₹499/mo), Pro (10 GB / ₹999/mo), Premium (50 GB / ₹2,499/mo). Overage is ₹30/GB/month. Storage add-on packs are available: +5 GB for ₹150/month, +25 GB for ₹600/month.

Can I upgrade from the free plan?

Yes. Go to Settings → Plans & Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. The free Starter plan remains free forever with its limits — it is not just a trial.

Can I use this for construction or electrical work?

Yes. Contractor Mode works for any field service business. Choose Construction, Electrical, or Other as your contract type during signup. The starter templates include general inspection and electrical work checklists. You can also build your own for any trade.

Is there a mobile app?

Contractor Mode is mobile-first. The web app works on any smartphone browser. A PWA (installable from Chrome) is supported for offline-capable photo capture.

How does pricing compare to Zoho FSM or Powerplay?

Our Basic plan (₹499/mo) undercuts Zoho FSM Standard (₹1,000/user/mo) while offering railway-specific templates, per-task photo checklists, and daily PDF reports. Our Pro plan (₹999/mo) matches Powerplay's price while exceeding it on checklist/photo/report depth.
